*NENA members who register online and pay by credit card at the time of registration during our Member Priority pricing window (by 11:59PM Eastern on Friday, March 13) automatically save almost $200 off Regular Rate pricing. Non-member registration and registration payments by check or "bill me" option will be available after the Member Priority registration window. This offer cannot be combined with group membership vouchers or other promotions.

Speaker Registration

Please register directly through the Speaker Portal to receive the speaker registration rate. Speakers who have been confirmed should have received a link to the Speaker Portal in their confirmation email. Please contact Education & Training Course Manager, Lisa Fulton, ENP, with any questions.
 

Exhibitor Registration

Please contact your company’s exhibiting main contact to register directly through the Exhibitor Portal. Contact VP, Events & Expo Hall, Anna Marie Batt, with any questions.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before June 5, 2026 will be issued a refund less a $150 administrative fee per registrant. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrationhelp@nena.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after June 5, 2026. Registrant substitutions from the same organization are permitted at any time at no additional charge. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.
